It was rumoured for a while that Microsoft has no big plans for its Lumia lineup of smartphones. Yesterday, we reported that Microsoft is planning to stop selling its Lumia handsets by the end of this year and today another report has confirmed those rumours.
Not only Microsoft plans to stop selling its Lumia handsets, but the production of certain devices has already stopped. Apparently a user in the UK has been refused a warranty replacement for his Lumia 950 XL because Microsoft had no further stock of the device. The report also adds that production of the handset has stopped a month ago. Eventually, all Microsoft warehouses will be out of stock in near future.
