With the LG G6, the company could be taking cues from Samsung because according to the latest rumors, with an iris scanning technology built-in.The iris scanning technology is expected to be included in all next-gen smartphones, so it isn’t really surprising that LG G6 has this feature.
However, there is one key difference between the current iris scanners and the one that will be inside the LG G6. The current solutions have separated front camera and iris scanner, but the LG’s flagship phone will combine both the scanner and front-facing camera into a single unit.
It is certain that the LG G6 will ship with top of the line specs, so you can expect Snapdragon 830, 6 GB of RAM, Android 7.1 Nougat and probably up to 256 GB of storage.
