LG has just announced that the anticipated Android 7.0 Nougat update is now rolling out to its flagship G5 handset. At the moment, the update is only available in the company’s home country of South Korea, while other regions including the US and Asia will get it “in the weeks to come.”
LG has once again beat its competitor by releasing the first Nougat update to an existing Marshmallow phone. LG is also the first company that launched a phone with Nougat on board, which was LG V20. Hopefully the update is ready for other markets and is only a matter of days before it is released.
