The company behind the popular and feature-rich Coolpad Note 3 has launched a cheaper and smaller variant of the market’s flagship specifically for the emerging markets such as India. And here is the good news. The 5.0″ 720p display phone, which is dubbed, Coolpad Note 3 Lite will be retailing for a budget friendly $103 only.

In comparison to it’s bigger brother – the Coolpad Note 3 – the Lite version has a quad-core MediaTek MT6735 chipset and packs a reasonable 3GB RAM. It also comes with a decent 16GB internal storage that can support microSDs up to 128 gigs. What’s more, it is a dual SIM phone with 3G and LTE support and packs a more-than-average 2500mAH battery. But even with all that been said, probably the best feature of the Coolpad Nite 3 has got to be the fingerprint sensor that has managed to find its way from its flagship cousin. This makes it the cheapest phone on the market right now to have such a novel feature that is often reserved for the big boys.
