ASUS’ convertible laptop has just received a small upgrade under the hood. Instead of using Intel Core M or Core i processor based on Skylake, you will soon be able to purchase a version with Intel’s latest 7th-gen Core processor that is based on Kaby Lake architecture.
There will be at least three different configurations – UX360CA with M3-7Y30 CPU, UX360UAK with Core i5-7200U and UX360UAK with Core i7-7500U. The first model has a TDP of 4.5W, while the other two are rated at 15W. In either case, the models with Kaby Lake CPU won’t be as hot as Skylake and will have better battery life.
